Equipment Overview
This line is used for automatic assembly of the blower motor. The line consists of stator tin dipping test sleeve
heat shrink tube equipment, blowing heat shrink tube and visual inspection equipment, stator wire coating UV glue
equipment, shell feeding machine, shell dispensing bearing equipment,shelldispensingstatorequipment, endcap
feeding machine, end cap dispensing bearing equipment, rotor end cap into the shell equipment, magnetizing
machine, dispensing impeller equipment, PCB board assembly equipment, dispensing pressure resistance test
equipment. The rotor is manually fed, the rest of the materials are automatically fed, the equipment is auto-
matically assembled and tested, and the defects are automatically discharged.
Assembly Process
1,Stator feeding & stator pin correction
2, Solder the stator pins
3, Stator performance test + bad discharge
3, Stator sleeve heat shrink tube
5, Blow heat shrink tube heat shrink + visual detection
6, The stator wire is coated with UV adhesive curing + visual detection
7, Housing bearing + dimensional inspection
8, Shell stator loci + visual detection + bad arrangement
9, The stator is installed in the housing
10, The rotor is installed in the housing
11, End cap pressing bearing + end cap into the housing
12, stand + magnetize
13, Pressure mounting impeller + dimensional detection
14, install PCB board + solder + visual inspection
15, UV gluing + curing + visual detection
16,Pressure test + laser marking + blanking
