Equipment Overview

This is a highly automated, process-covered production line designed specifically for backrest motors,

focusing on precision manufacturing and strict quality control. The production line integrates core tasks such as winding, pressing,

welding, testing, and assembly, and is suitable for the production and processing of motors, automotive wiper motors, automotive column motors,

automotive backrest adjustments, and medical equipment backrest drives.

 

 

Main Process:

Rotor winding – spot welding – precision turning machine – front end cover press-fitting – rotor threading and worm pressing – rotor into the housing assembly –

riveting and labeling into the rear end cover assembly – Protection time test, worm oiling — Installing the gear box and pressing rubber pads, PEEK, bearing,

riveting the gear box to the single motor assembly, current inspection — Assembling the box body and box cover — load breaking in — off-line inspection,

adjusting the shipment Angle — pressing the bearing assembly — pressing the carbon brush frame — pressing the Hall insert — bending the protector (outside the line) —

Welding the carbon brush inductor, welding the protector carbon brush — carbon brush inductor protector Assembly – insert soldering & torsion spring assembly –

Circuit board soldering & visual inspection of end cover assembly & Laser engraving, offline, ground wire shaping.

 

Application technology

■ Winding technology:

Double flying fork precision winding; the wire clamp and coupling are integrated on the YZ axis,

and the winding Z rotation is coordinated to realize the product winding without wire residue.

 

■ Commutator turning technology:

Commutator turning, positive and negative turning of the commutator;

it can ensure the commutator roundness 2.5um, smoothness RA0.4um,

and diameter tolerance plus or minus 0.005mm.

■ Resistance welding technology:

The rotor spot welding machine purchases imported welding power supply to realize welding process

current monitoring; the follow-up mechanism adds pressure sensors and microwave sensors to realize

welding process pressure monitoring.

■ The aging process increases load:

The aging process increases the load rate, reduces the aging defect rate, and improves the motor per

Performance yield rate.
