This equipment is a new machine specially designed by XINGTE for wireless charging receivers’ coil winding. It can be used to wind various wireless charging coils currently on the market. While meeting the needs of automated coil production, the efficiency is significantly improved compared to similar products. For example, the production capacity of multiple enameled wires can reach 60-120 PCSh per hour.

This equipment has high precision features, the plane height between the molds reaches 0.01mm, and the product thickness tolerance reaches 0.01mm;
it adopts a vertical winding method, multiple groups of wires are fed in at the same time, multiple groups of wires can be paralleled, and multiple groups of wires are automatically fed in , automatic winding, automatic cutting, automatic blanking;
the equipment adopts advanced multi-axis motion controller, the motion controller can perform high-precision linear positioning, arc interpolation positioning, and the program can be self-programmed according to different product requirements.
