1, The wire can be wound along any path by moving the wire nozzle up and down and rotating the iron core.
2, It can accommodate different core stack thicknesses and core pole number specifications by changing the winding program.
3, To wind the wire in a straight line, the wire arrangement (wire nozzle feeding method) can be divided into separate wires. During winding, the height of the wire nozzles can be adjusted at each layer to prevent the enameled wire from becoming loose.
4, To save time during winding, the continuous winding process will not be affected even if the wire is divided and fed, or if the height of the wire nozzle is adjusted when winding on one slot.
5, The use of a servo motor for the over-winding slotting action ensures the stability of the position of the slotted enameled wire and reduces the time required.
6, By utilizing features such as the wire nozzle flipping structure and terminal wire processing, it can handle different types of iron cores. It can also be used for outer rotor winding to achieve high-precision full-row winding.
7, The transmission unit is automatically installed on the assembly line, allowing users to arrange their assembly lines freely.
