SMD transformer middle and end section automatic line
This equipment is a conventional transformer mid- and back-end automated line capable of completing tasks such as wire wrap soldering, core loading,
core backside taping, core side/center column glue dispensing, CCD glue coverage inspection, core and wire wrap assembly,
core grinding, core wrap outer taping, semi-finished product testing, glue dispensing at joints, CCD glue coverage inspection,
semi-finished product placement on a baking tray, baking, product cooling, robotic material removal, baking tray reflow,
laser coding, CCD code inspection/reading, finished product testing, PIN pin shaping, CCD dimension/pin spacing inspection,
and finished product placement. Wire wrap loading is manual, while all other materials are automatically loaded.
The equipment automatically assembles and inspects, including defective parts.
Main process:
wire package soldering → core back side tape → core side/middle column glue spraying → core wire package assembly → core package outer tape
→ semi-finished product test → joint glue dispensing → semi-finished product baking → laser coding → finished product test → PIN foot shaping
→ CCD PIN foot flatness/foot spacing detection → taping packaging
